A Day in the Life
I start most mornings with a quick check of my schedule, making sure I have all the tools and materials I’ll need for the day. Some days I’m setting up a brand-new store; other days I’m working on a remodel or reset. Every assignment is unique, which keeps me on my toes and constantly learning.
Traveling across locations gives me a chance to see parts of the country I wouldn’t normally visit—and it keeps the job exciting. But what really makes it special is the team. The people I work with feel like family. We rely on each other, learn from one another, and celebrate our wins together.
